My name is Cynthia, I&#039;m 48 and 4&#039;10.
I used to weigh 235lbs and am now down to 142.
My body type is an endomorph :(
I LOVE to do cardio and LOVE to run!! :) 
I have an INCREDIBLE trainer whom I train with 2x a week
I go to the gym 6days a week.
My &quot;diet&quot; or Healthy living is a low carb meal plan.....it&#039;s actually called &quot;Simply For Life&quot; developed by Bruce Sweeney...my nutrionalist is Mike Griffin Mr.Canada in Bodybuilding!! :) 
My desire is to be lean and toned...but I&#039;ve been stuck in the 140&#039;s FOREVER! 
I&#039;ve been told to give up on my dream of being lean and toned.
What do you think? Am I too old...are my genetics making that goal impossible. 
I&#039;ve had reconstruction of my stomach muscles and and a tummy tuck.
I&#039;m going to have my upper arms done and hopefully my chest and inner thighs....loose skin and fat. 
Curious to hear the opinion of  another endomorph.
