		<description>Great blog, David! And great job on losing the weight.  I battled it some after my two kids, and I learned the only way for me to keep it off is by running three times a week.  It is hard--I love it and hate it at the same time!  You are right, there is no magic bullet, it just takes hard work, sweat, and determination.
